Greetings diviner. That looks like a kind of misunderstanding. If I remember correctly Scope 4 installs a lot of devices that most people are supposed to have after lots of special offers and bundles, but in fact if you just have a plain old Pulsar One or a Luna you simply lack those keys. For example Synth&Sampler and Mix&Master package etc. You can remove those manually from the respective folders in the Scope directory. You should cancel all dialogs until you get access to the registry dialog from the settings menu it will display the cards with their serial number and below that the registration codes do the number of the card(s) in the upper part match the serial in the lower? If not, the memory module on the card may be corrupted there may also be an error in key generation or transmission, but afaik keys have never(!) been a compatibility issue between versions.
